Live music with the energy of a full band
Pop, rock, blues, jazz, soul, Motown and more – performed live on guitar and vocals across Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and London.
Blending guitar, vocals, and live looping, I build rich, full arrangements in real time — a one-person performance with the energy of a full band. My adaptable style makes it easy to create the right atmosphere for weddings, private parties, and pubs.
TYPES OF EVENTS
Weddings & Engagments
Having performed at weddings for ten years, I’m all about providing a tailored experience that sets your big day off just right. I promise professionalism and class, whether you’re after garden party style jazz or classic hits to get the party going.
2025 saw me experience the other side of things when organising my own wedding, and I now have an insight into all the intricacies (and potential stresses) of bringing such a big event together! I’m dedicated to working with you to create a set list, atmosphere and tone that suits you as a couple and creates the perfect soundtrack to celebrate your union. I’m happy to consult via the phone or zoom and liaise with any wedding planners or venue managers around the event.
I can provide live music for any part of your wedding day, including:
Guest arrival before the ceremony
The bridal entrance
Signing of the register
The couple’s exit/recessional
Canapés and drinks reception
Before, during, or after the main meal
Evening celebrations and entertainment
TYPES OF EVENTS
PRIVATE PARTIES
Whether you’re looking for garden party jazz, acoustic stylings for a corporate event, a knees up sing along or a celebration of your favourite tracks, I’m all in to provide the perfect soundtrack to your event.
TYPES OF EVENTS
PUB & BAR ENTERTAIN-MENT
After thousands of pub and bar gigs across countless venues, I've found that the art of great bar entertainment comes down to one thing: READING THE ROOM!
Bar audiences can vary massively, from a quiet crowd catching up over a drink to a room full of rowdy drinkers looking to dance or sing along. As anyone who's worked in hospitality knows, you never know which crowd you're getting, or who's going to walk through the door and change the vibe!
I pride myself on my ability to read the room and deliver entertainment that suits the crowd. Diners want a great atmosphere at a comfortable volume so they can still talk. But a group of 18–25-year-olds on a Friday night won’t want gentle folk and subtle jazz-they want energy!
With years of experience, an eye for reading the crowd, and a set list almost literally a mile long, I've got the songs to keep your punters smiling all night.
about
I’ve played literally thousands of gigs, weddings, private events and parties and I’m pleased to boast my perfect satisfaction rate - just check my testimonials section. I can guarantee a tailored musical experience for your event that can constantly change and adapt to the atmosphere as the party changes - if people want to chat and mingle I’ll be background, if they want to dance I’ll give them something to boogie to!
I cover anything from acoustic and classy to pop, jazz and swing (think garden party classics), to blues, rock n roll, Motown, R&B, noughties and nineties classics and upbeat, hands in the air bangers. Any requests before hand can be added to the set and if your guests are of the interactive types I even take a few requests on the spot!
My set features vocals, guitar and subtle use of a loop pedal. This allows me to provide a better quality sound than your standard guitar/vocalist. By fluently layering bass, guitar and percussion I’m capable of providing a sound more on par with a band than a single instrumentalist.
